Does that even exist now?Дid you try to get to safe mode with command prompt? If it's barfing before it can load safe mode, I suspect it is NOT a driver issue. I miss the old days of the 'Last known Good' boot choice. These are some good commands, though, to try on other computers like you said you do (clients). There was another bcdedit command I did that was supposed to force it to book in Safe Mode, but it didn't work (it didn't even try to boot safe mode). It is Bitlocker encrypted, but I have the recovery key, and it works to get in via command line. I think booting from a Windows ISO flash drive will allow it.

I wanted to try safe mode, but there is no Startup Options in the troubleshooting to use to restart the computer to the boot menu in order to use safe mode.
